Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please use the Return option under My Orders in My Account login, if you have an account with us or send us a mail to admin@newcastlepartysales.com, if you have ordered as a Guest. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We process all returns under camera, if rejected, we will provide you with video evidence with explanation.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 working days. We are unable to refund the shipping charge, if you have paid any. We will arrange courier pickup from your provided address. A sum of Rs. 40 will be deducted from your refund amount which is a fraction of the actual return shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
